- What is the difference between semi-professional and professional scaffolding?
Semi-professional scaffolding is ideal for non-commercial use and home renovations. They are stable and safe, but designed for less intensive use. Professional mobile scaffolding is designed for continuous use under the toughest conditions on construction sites. They are characterized by maximum stability, maximum load capacity, and durability.
- What are indoor scaffolding / folding scaffolding particularly suitable for?
Indoor scaffolding and folding scaffolding are characterized by their compact design and quick assembly. They are ideal for working indoors, in confined spaces, or for projects where the scaffolding must be moved frequently.
- What widths are available for your mobile scaffolding?
Our mobile scaffolding is available in various widths, typically 75 cm, 90 cm, and 135 cm, depending on the model and product line (semi-professional or professional). The 75 cm width is ideal for tight spaces, while the 135 cm width provides maximum work space.
- For what working height are your products suitable?
We offer height access technology for various working heights, from low heights (e.g., with carpentry scaffolds, ladders, or platforms) to great heights for facade work with our mobile scaffolds. Please refer to the respective product description for the maximum achievable working height. Many systems are modularly expandable.
- What scaffolding accessories can I find at your store?
Our range of scaffolding accessories includes everything you need for the safe assembly and adjustment of your scaffolding, such as castors, bases, outriggers, railings, diagonal braces, vertical frames, decking, couplers and much more.
- Are your products certified?
Yes, all of our products, especially scaffolding and safety-relevant items like roof edge protection, are certified and comply with applicable European standards and safety regulations (e.g., EN 1004, TÜV/GS tested, where applicable). You can find the specific certifications and load-bearing capacity classes for each individual product. Safety is our top priority.
- What material are your scaffolding and ladders made of?
Our scaffolding and many of our other products are typically made of high-quality aluminum, making them lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant.

When is payment due?

Delivery & Shipping
- How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, and delivery destination of your order. The exact shipping costs will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and during the checkout process before you complete your order. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €2,500!
- Do you also deliver outside of Germany?
Yes, we also offer delivery to other European countries. The applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the ordering process based on your delivery destination.
- How will my order be delivered?
Larger products such as scaffolding or trailers are usually shipped via freight forwarding. Smaller items (accessories, ladders, etc.) can also be shipped via parcel service.
- Is delivery free curbside?
Yes, delivery by freight forwarder is usually free curbside, meaning up to the public curb closest to your property. Further transport to your property or to the place of use is your responsibility.
- How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is displayed on the product page and in the order overview. It may vary depending on availability and delivery destination. After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation, possibly including tracking information or contact details for the carrier.
- Can I pick up my order myself?
Information about self-collection options can be found on our website or in the shipping terms and conditions. If pickup is offered, there are no shipping costs.
- Do you also deliver to packing stations?
Due to the size and nature of many of our products, delivery to packing stations is generally not possible. This may be different for smaller accessories; available shipping options are displayed during the ordering process.

- How do I safely assemble scaffolding or other products?
Each product comes with detailed assembly and use instructions. Please read and follow them carefully. Always ensure a stable surface, correct assembly of all parts, and compliance with the maximum load and the specific safety instructions for the respective product (scaffolding, ladder, etc.).
- What safety regulations do I have to follow when using it?
Always observe the assembly and operating instructions, applicable occupational health and safety regulations (e.g., accident prevention regulations), and the maximum permissible load. Secure scaffolding against shifting and tipping. Additional regulations may apply when working at greater heights or under special conditions. Always use the prescribed safety features. For roof edge protection, the specific installation instructions are crucial.
- Are assembly instructions available?
Yes, every delivery includes printed assembly and operating instructions. We may also provide these digitally for download (see also the "Manuals" menu item).
Warranty & Return
- Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, the statutory warranty applies. For details, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) .
- Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. Details and conditions can be found in our cancellation policy. The right of withdrawal does not generally apply to businesses.
