  • What are indoor scaffolding / folding scaffolding particularly suitable for?

  • For what working height are your products suitable?

We offer height access technology for various working heights, from low heights (e.g., with carpentry scaffolds, ladders, or platforms) to great heights for facade work with our mobile scaffolds. Larger products such as scaffolding or trailers are usually shipped via freight forwarding. Smaller items (accessories, ladders, etc.) can also be shipped via parcel service.

  • Is delivery free curbside?

Yes, delivery by freight forwarder is usually free curbside, meaning up to the public curb closest to your property. Further transport to your property or to the place of use is your responsibility.

  • How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery time is displayed on the product page and in the order overview. It may vary depending on availability and delivery destination. After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation, possibly including tracking information or contact details for the carrier.

  • Can I pick up my order myself?

Information about self-collection options can be found on our website or in the shipping terms and conditions. If pickup is offered, there are no shipping costs.

  • Do you also deliver to packing stations?

Due to the size and nature of many of our products, delivery to packing stations is generally not possible. This may be different for smaller accessories; available shipping options are displayed during the ordering process.

Secure scaffolding against shifting and tipping. Additional regulations may apply when working at greater heights or under special conditions. Always use the prescribed safety features. For roof edge protection, the specific installation instructions are crucial.

  • Are assembly instructions available?

Yes, every delivery includes printed assembly and operating instructions. We may also provide these digitally for download (see also the "Manuals" menu item).

Warranty & Return

  • Do you offer a warranty on your products?
